Uninsured motorists "will get caught"

Those getting behind the wheel without insurance have been warned by an industry expert that "they will get caught".
Keith Morris, chairman of Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB) explained that "the consequences of uninsured driving are severe", with 232,000 motorists prosecuted last year for failing to arrange cover.
He added that the MIB is launching its Stay Insured campaign to warn drivers of the risks of being uninsured, which can include fines and losing their vehicles.
According to Mr Morris, the "economic impact" of the recession means that some people are seeking ways to cut back on expenditure as they struggle to pay their bills, particularly young people.
The MIB is highlighting the importance of having motor insurance to those who may be considering letting their policies lapse because of financial concerns in particular.
New proposals from the government have suggested prosecuting vehicle owners without cover even if they are not caught behind the wheel in a bid to tackle a problem that costs insured drivers an estimated £380 million a year.
