Hot weather warning for workers

Employers have been advised to take extra precautions during the current heatwave, particularly with those working outside.
The Met Office has predicted high temperatures of up to 30 degrees C across the UK this week and Professor Steve Field, chairman of the Royal College of General Practitioners, has said that it is "important to keep cool".
He advised those working out of doors to keep out of the sun where possible and to wear a hat, which may be of interest to business liability insurance customers.
"It's really about fluids and keeping out of danger, keeping cool and drinking lots," Professor Field explained.
He also recommended closing windows when "the temperature outside is greater than the temperature inside" and using fans.
The Met Office's Heat-Health Watch is currently at level two and is expected to rise to level three this week, posing a greater risk to the very young, the elderly and people with conditions such as heart and respiratory problems.
