'Comprehensive cover needed' for breweries

Businesses in the brewing industry have much to consider when it comes to protecting themselves against risk.
As well as insurance for buildings and for business, there are also the matters of motor fleet insurance, director's and officers', and engineering cover.
And - in the case of Cotswolds-based Hook Norton Brewery - there are also shire horses to insure.
James Clarke, chief executive of the firm - which is one of only two breweries in the UK to use shire horses - said that all of these policies are vital, particularly in disaster situations such as the floods of 2007.
The company was forced to make a claim on their insurance for business - and the outcome enabled it to get back on its feet quickly.
"The claim was settled promptly, enabling the brewery to start its repair work," Mr Clark told Professional Broking.
His brewery has been running for more than 150 years and, following its return to business, has applied for the Cask Marque accreditation.
